With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Dale Balsley (Lacey, Washington), who passed away on February 28, 2023. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Dale Balsley to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Jan Teague (Assistant Governor); his siblings, Roger Balsley and Jan Manberg; his son Brad Balsley; and his stepchildren, Mark Valerio, Dennis Tinney, Dawn Gibbs and Tony Valerio. He is also survived by 5 children, 15 grandchildren, 13 nieces and nephews, a brother and a sister.

I wanted to add that donations to Rotary can also be sent to Lacey Rotary in Ken's name.
