He is survived by: his son Charles "Chuck" (Julie); his siblings, Pauline, Don, Joyce, Eugene (Pee Wee) and Marie (Cookie); his son Toney (Joan); his grandchildren, Alan, Emily Roy, Katrina, Jared Crews, Jack Roy, Shelby, Tyler Culp, James Nolan, Cameron Nolan, Cheyenne and Alex Halbleib; and his great grandchildren, Boone, Easton Roy, Matthew, Lane Crews, Silas, Tucker, Elijah Culp, Callie and Rey Halbleib. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
