He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bergman and Veronica Bergman; and his siblings, Donald Bergman and Helen Korpela (Otto). He is survived by: his wife Rita Bergman; his daughters, Julie Bergman-Platner and Sara Wasser (Aaron); his grandchildren, Makenzie Noel (Ryan), Jackson Platner, Madelynn Wasser and Hannah Wasser; and his sisters, Joyce Paulson, Susan Kundinger (Gary), Janet Palm (James) and Sharon Johnson (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Tom's memory may donate to the Salvation Army, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Red Cross or simply cheer for the Green Bay Packers.
