He is survived by: his wife Lois Earlene Berry; and his children, Rick Whitney (Vicki) of Kirkland, WA, Vernie McAnear (Marv) of Kamiah, ID, Marci Mittelstaedt (Paul) of Surprise, AZ and Treven Whitney (Kim) of Merlin, OR. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
