With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane Powell Thomas (Lake Forest Park, Washington), born in Seattle, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2026. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Katherine Jaynes and George Van Tuyl Powell; her children, Jeff Thomas (Amy), Katherine Thomas Bove (John) and John Powell Thomas (Anne); her grandchildren, Kayla, Kyle, Cole, Heidi, Will, Sean and Erin; and her sister Lisa Powell Burke. She was also cherished by two great grandchildren.
