He was predeceased by: his parents, Ofell and Alice Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Susannah Lynch Johnson; his children, Laurie Kelly (David), Evan Johnson (Shari) and Tyler Johnson (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Alex Kelly (Kristen), Susannah Short (Chas), Emily Poplawski (Dean), Olivia Johnson Levis (John), Emma, Nic and Tess Johnson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
