He is survived by: his sons, Drew and Jayden Carter; his nephew Calvin Carter; his uncle Charles Carter; his cousins, Randy, Rick, Ron and Rod Carter; his father-in-law Gayle (Mark Ingraham); BriAnna Carter.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lake Stevens Senior Center (2302 Soper Hill Rd, Lake Stevens, WA 98258).
