He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Lyon Long and Robert Thayer Berg; and his brother Jeffrey Thayer Berg. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Berg Beil; his cousins, Kay Younker Rosendal, Allan Younker, Carol Younker, Ken Berg and Lorna Reynolds; and his nieces, Kathryn Berg and Kelsey Mann.
