He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sylvester Eugene Heath and Ruth Ann Heath; his aunt Leslie Dawn Heath; his great-grandparents, Charles D. Bowie and Dorothy Bowie; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, June Bowie (Beverly), David Bowie, Charlie Bowie, Donald Bowie and June Scott.
He is survived by: his parents, Mark Heath and Rachel Chrisp; his siblings, Hope, Nancy Chisp, Mark Jr. and Leah Heath; his uncle Jeffery; his great-uncles, Buster and Rod Bowie (Teresa); his great-aunt Freda Lee (Phil); his cousin Gwen Boyd; and his friends, Eduardo, Melanie, Hillary, Tatum, Addie, Connor, Kevin, Edgar and Brock.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home - Valley Chapel (4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499).
