He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick Lynn Kasch; and his cousin Patrick Malloy. He is survived by: his wife Donna of Cambodia's Angkor Wat; his siblings, Michael David Kasch (Sandy) and Susan Marie Kasch Bundy (Tom); and his stepchildren, Rod Seaton (Sun Im) of Lacey, Tonya Smithline of Vancouver and Shawna Czech (Jeff) of Longview. He is also survived by seven children, and nine grandchildren.
