He is survived by: his former wife Connie Jones; his wife Pamla Eby Ernst; his children, Troy Lomax (Amy) of Cathlamet, WA, Bryan Lomax (Ellene) of Longview, WA, Shane Lomax (Aubrey) of Layton, UT, Justin Lomax of Rainier, OR, Brett Lomax of Kelso, WA and Shalene Lomax Woolett (Austin) of Grantsville, UT; his stepchildren, Michelle Ernst Reber (Rex) of Oakland, OR, Marsha Ernst of Suquamish, WA and Mark Ernst (Julie) of Grantsville, UT.; his siblings, David Lomax (Char) of Arizona and Kay Lomax Hover of Layton Utah; his mother-in-law Elsie Eby of Ogden, UT; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Eby of Ogden, UT and Mark Eby (Nancy) of Pasco, WA.. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews.
