He is survived by: his children, Joann Nelson (Keith) and Bart Chrest (Julie); his granddaughters, Amanda Nelson, Richelle Chrest and Jamie Chrest; his great grandchildren, Shane Rusher and Keith Goodbla; and his sister Judi Whitehead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
