He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jo Harper; his children, Angie Green (Randy), Kim Caulfield (Victor) and Jeff Harper; his grandchildren, Jacob Green (Heidi), Caleb Green (Jestina), Kylee McGeary (D. J. Smith), Ben, Grace and Will Harper; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Lucy, Henry, Quincy Green, Braelyn Seward, Bennett, Brynlee Green, Sawyer and Cooper Smith; his sister Mary Ann Harper; and his sister-in-law Dixie Whitley of Malvern, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Steele Chapel in Longview, Washington (5050 Mt Solo Rd, Longview, WA 98632). An entombment will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Longview Memorial Park (5050 Mt Solo Rd, Longview, WA 98632).
