He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Allen and Ruth Van Allen (Miller); his daughter Jodie; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his sons, Paul (Yvonne), Jeff, David (Amy) and Dan; and his sister Patti (Rob). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
