Arvid Navis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 91, Arvid Navis (Lynden, Washington), born in Long Island, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arvid Navis to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Navis and Pauline Navis (Van Kooten); his significant other Helen Stremler; his children, Gary, Pam, Roger and Starla; his daughters-in-law, Cindy and Terri; and his granddaughters, Kailey, Sarah, Jessica and Emily. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

“Dear Helen, I am thinking of you and your family honoring Arvid’s life. I have fond memories of his early visit to Concordia and the lovely times visiting Aunt Pauline and Uncle John and your young family , I can remember Pauline telling Van, Lucille , and me if your engagement . It was a beautifully sunny day in Aunt Pauline!s front yard. She was mentioning what a beautiful fiancé Arvid had found!! My prayers are with you. Love, Linda Van Kooten Lucas”
