He is survived by: his wife Jane Fast; his children, Jeff (Donelle) and Michele (Dirk); his grandchildren, Lindsey Parker (Cody), Katlyn Vis (Theron), Cody Fast (Jaclyn) and Kimberly Postma (Levi); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Wesley, Murphie and Scottie.
