She is survived by: her husband Truman Sterk; her son Jim (Vonda); her grandchildren, Jordan (Abbie), Bryce (Allyssa), Caleb (Tabitha) and Savonne; her child Char Hornstra (Mike); her grandchildren, Josh (Nicole), Brady and Brittani; her child Daryl Sterk (Bev); her grandchildren, Duncan, Ian and Samantha; her daughter Jill Basart (Josh); her grandchildren, Hayley, Miranda, Aubrey and Klara; her great grandchildren, Emmett, Finnan, Edmund, Athena, Theo, Holland and Willa; and her siblings, Cheryl Roorda, Percy Hoekema (Lois) and Brent Hoekema. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-laws.
