She was predeceased by: her siblings, Evelyn Felix, Gayle Davis and Gary Davis; her husbands, Roy Banta and Les Goodwin; her son Leslie Goodwin; and her grandson Steve Richards.

She is survived by: her former husband James Carr; her children, Barbara Handcock (Earl), James Banta and Debbie Pereira (Dan); her brother Glenn Davis; and her grandchildren, Greg Richards (Debbie), Mike Richards (Heather), Dan Pereira (Jenn), Amy Clevenger (James) and Jim Banta.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Whatcom Hospice House, for the kindness, dignity, and amazing care she received during her final days.
