With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Oscar DeVries (Lynden, Washington), born in Rock Valley, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Klaas DeVries and Winnie DeVries. He is survived by: his significant other Jolois Hoksbergen; his children, Kurt (late Debbie), Gina (late Steve), Oren (Jill) and Arlene; and his stepchildren, Denny (Rose), David (Carol) and Diane (late Doug). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
