It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Lou Rowse (Lynden, Washington), born in Altadena, California, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Alex Motes and Amy Motes; her friend Carolyn; her husband James Rowse; her friend Gina; her children, Laura, Dale and Stephen (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Taylor and Caden.
Her biggest frustration in recent years was she couldn't travel more due to her Parkinson's which took away her ability to walk the city streets.
