She was predeceased by: her husband Edward G. Kok; her daughter Leesha Ann Kok; her daughter-in-law Autumn Robbins; and her siblings-in-law, Hilbert "Hip" Kok (Toots), Louis Kok (Fran), Marvin Kok (Aleena), John Kok (Peggy) and Betty Kaemingk (Jim).

She is survived by: her sons, Ed Kok (Kevin), Bruce Kok (Kimberly), Jeff Kok (Tami) and Kent Kok; her grandchildren, Alexandra Kok Ciohon (Colin Ciohon), Lisa Kok Blythe (Josh Blythe), Megan Kok Bayless (Alex), Kora Kok, Gavin Kok, Gracen Kok, Joel, Luke, Jesse and Josh; her siblings, Esther Jean "Jeanie" Korthuis (Ken), Jim Roosma and Bob Roosma (Carol); and her siblings-in-law, Marsha Deboer and Matt Kok (Sheila).
