He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Kernan and Eileen Kernan; and his brothers, David and Michael of Mabton. He is survived by: his daughter Margaret (Maggie) Waggoner; and his siblings, Kathy Talbott (Don) of Richland, WA, Patricia (Lori), Shannon (Alberto), Moreno (Kennewick), Shawn Bohlinger (Mitchel) of Prosser, WA and Daniel (Kevin) Kernan (Kennewick). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and good neighbors.
