He was predeceased by: his father Ronald DeLap; and his stepfather Gene Washburn. He is survived by: his mother Kay DeLap; his grandchildren, Kai, Maleah Johnston, Brooke Duncan, Tenley, Johnny and Bennett Delisi; his wife Lori; his children, Cassandra (Zach), Camden and John; and his siblings, Rick, Debbie (Jeff) and Trudy (Pat).
