He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neff and Amy Neff; his cousin Gary Neff; his uncle Phil Brownlee; and his nephew Larry Brownlee.

He is survived by: his spouse Laverne Reynaud; his children, John Neff (Beth) and Kathleen Fannin; his stepdaughter Emily Clinton (David); his grandchildren, Danielee Fannin, Audrey Sengamphan (Tyler), Annie Lemons (Mark), Kyle Mott (Morgan), Blaine and Bella Clinton; and his great grandchildren, Murphy, Tillman Lemons, Griffy and Ember Mott.

Memorial may be made to his favorite groups, the Mansfield United Protestant Church in Mansfield and the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society in Wenatchee in Johnny's name.
