We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2023, at the age of 72, Steve Barlow III of Maple Valley, Washington, born in Opp, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Steve Barlow, Jr. and Minnie Mae Barlow (Bell); his wife Phyllis Kurtz; his daughter Alison Minnie; his brother Roderick Barlow (Sheila) of Opp, AL; his nephew Tevin; and his siblings, Deborah Covington and Al Dixon. He was also cherished by numerous cousins and extended family, his mother-in-law, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews.
