He is survived by: his wife Ethlyn; his children, Brian Andrews (Denise) of Reno, NV, Paula Andrews (Jeff) of Lynnwood, WA and Joe Andrews (Michelle) of Everett, WA; his grandchildren, Tim Corr (Jessica) and Samantha Arnold (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Ella Corr, Jovie Corr and Paulie Arnold.

Memorial donations in Jack's name may be made to Peace Lutheran Church in Monroe.
