She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Owen and Betty Owen; and her brother Chris Owen. She is survived by: her husband Gene Carnes; her children, Jenell Steltz (James), Heather Merritt (Rick), Mandy Denton Robert (Trevor Pouge) and Pamela Sills (Bryce); and her brothers, Bob Owen (Chalice) and Scott Owen (Linda). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
