She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Naasz and Gottlieb Naasz; her daughter Joan Naasz-Childers; her husband Roy "Buck" Wheat; her son Scot; her sister JoAnn (Buck Wheat); and her nephew Scot Wheat.

She is survived by: her children, Reuban Naasz, Cindy Gender of Peoria, Arizona, Susie Courtright (John) of Moses Lake and Jay Wheat (Recheane) of Melbourne; her daughter-in-law Linda (Mark) of Wickenburg; and her brother Reuban Naasz (Carole) of Bothell, Washington.. She is also survived by her children, 7 grandchildren, and her 10 great-grandchildren.
