He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Delgado and Carmen Delgado; and his siblings, Joe, Leonard, Pete, Simon Delgado, Nellie Delgado (Francesca), Francis Shipe and Sally Petree.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his son Frank D. Delgado; his grandson Brandon (Molly); his great grandchildren, Callie and Flynn; his daughter Kyla Delgado (Clayton Powell); his grandchild Cameron Powell (Maria); his great grandchildren, Claysen, Casey, Caden (Deja Hankins) and Caleb; his children, Carmen Delgado and Anthony Delgado; his grandchild Taylyn; his daughter Jessica Gerber (Dustin); his grandsons, Maxwell and Tyler; his sisters, Mary Hesting (Bob), Lola Monroe (Richard) and Lydia Mullineaux; his siblings-in-law, Kathy, Selma, Linda Delgado, Vicky Nienhueser, Jeanette Wittgren, Jack Petree and Terry Wittgren; his close friend Tom Shimura; his grandchildren, Julio, Julie, Eddie and Jaqi; and his siblings-in-law, Elvita Delgado, Gary Nienhueser, Michael Shipe and Rodney Mullineaux.
When the office closed during the COVID-19 pandemic he was forced to retire and kept himself busy with his church community.
Memorials may be made in Frank's name and memory to Our Lady of Fatima Building Fund.
