She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Flower; her stepmother Deedee Flower; and her sisters, Judy Larsen, Nancy Combs and Marcia Fossen.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Lowry; her daughter Debbie Black; her grandchildren, Ashley Hopkins, Jerid Ragan and Colby Ragan; her sister Linda Moyer; and her cousin Leanne Bunn.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kayser's Chapel of Memories (831 S Pioneer Way, Moses Lake, WA 98837).
