He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lillquist and Doreen Lillquist; his wife Terri; and his sister Lana. He is survived by: his sister Joanne Gray (Bill); his brother-in-law Larry Hanson (Lana); his stepdaughters, Cindi Rutherford (John), Linda Wiedemann (Alex) and Tanya Hamburger (Bernard); his grandchildren, Heather Eisenhauer (Reed), Matthew Rutherford, William Rutherford, Gabriel Rutherford, Annabelle Hamburger, Jules Hamburger, Nico Hamburger and Phoebe Hamburger; and his great grandchildren, Waylon and Casper Eisenhauer.
