He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Merrell Fuller and Margery Lea Fuller; and his sister Loretta Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Constance Rae (Gray); his stepchildren, Carla, Edward, William and LeRoy; his daughter Jeannie Wood; his grandchildren, Steve and Valene; and his sisters, Judith and Wendy.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hawthorne Funeral Home (1825 E College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hawthorne Memorial Park (1825 E College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273).
