He is survived by: his wife Margaret Cnossen; his daughter Jennifer (Jeremy Crow); his grandchildren, Jaqueline, Judah and Joseph; his daughter Kathryn (Nick Rayes); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Joshua, Noah, Samuel, Abigail and Elizabeth; his children, Elizabeth and Alexander (Andrea Camarigg); his grandchildren, Lydia, Oliver, Adaline, Charles, Ian and Hazel; his son Jonathan (Kaylin Sheftick); his grandchildren, Malachi, Selah, Elias, Aaron, Julia and Daniel; his son David (Rachel Dotinga); his grandchildren, Christopher, Hendrik, William and Lily; and his siblings, Rebecca, David, Pamela and Jeffrey. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
