He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond Walter; and his parents, Frances Walter and Charles Walter. He is survived by: his great-nephew Franklin Walter (Andrea); his nephews, Charles Walter (Kay), James Keenan (Melinda), Mike Keenan (Julia) and Kevin Keenan (Ann); and his niece Kate Walter. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and newly arrived great-grand nieces and nephews.
