He is survived by: his wife Pamela; the mother of his children Renita W; his children, Erin (PJ), Eric and David; and his sisters, Gail (Ken), Cheri (Lee), Elaine Rozniewski, Stephanie Kaczmarczyk and Joan Kaczmarczyk. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great grandchildren: and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
