He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Frazier and Doris Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Frederica; his sister Lois Thompson of Wenatchee, WA; his children, Joe (Wendy) of Snohomish, WA and Kelli of Mt Vernon; and his grandsons, Joey Luvera, Tyler Luvera (Megan), Matthew Frazier and Jason Frazier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mt. Vernon Elks Club.
