She was predeceased by: her parent Maymie Hammons; her husbands, Howard Hayes and Chuck Conrad; her grandchildren, Joshua Hayes and Marisa Winnie; and her stepson Klint Conrad.

She is survived by: her father-in-law George Hammons; her children, Don Hayes (Carol), Steve Hayes (Cheri), Shelley Dewey (Craig) and Kim Winnie (John); her grandchildren, Jacob Hayes, Kevin Hayes (Carolyn), Nathan Dewey, Ryan Dewey (Kellye), Brennan Dewey, Megan Richter (Sean), Trista Winnie Fraser (Andy) and Trevor Winnie (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Rian Dewey, Marian, Matilda, Clara Dewey, Cora, Hazel, Calvin Winnie Fraser, June Dewey, Tyler, Andrew Hayes, Henry, Layla, Sadie, Bruce Richter, Camden and Mila Winnie; her stepdaughter-in-law Tamara Conrad; her stepgrandchildren, Krissa Cramer (Kurt) and Kelsie Hunter (Judd); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cole, Grant Cramer, Kaid and Peach Hunter.
