It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Frances Rowe (Mount Vernon, Washington), who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ed Poppe and Alleen Poppe; and her husband Hal. She is survived by : her children, Lori Dantzler (Greg) and Mark (Darcy); her sister Marilyn Judd (Vern); and her grandchildren, Blake (Sangitha), Riley Rowe, Lindsey and Alex Dantzler.
