He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kristen Paschall (Matt), Karlynn Salter (Scott) and Jon Swanson (Jill); his grandchildren, Ryan, Luke, Andrew, Avery, Alex, Melinda and CJ; his brothers, Mark (Wendy), Peter (Jean) and Thomas (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Greene (Debbie) and Ruth Thompson (Duane). He is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
