He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Millington and George Millington. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Pippen of La Conner; his daughter Kimberly Smith of Florida; his stepchildren, Ami Koenig of Hawaii and Brian Koenig of Montana; his grandchildren, Lily Mead, Madison Mead, Harrison Mead of Hawaii, Samantha Kennedy, Troy Smith of Florida and Matthew Simone of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Malcolm Millington of New Jersey and Susan Richardson.
