He is survived by: his wife Judy (Folsom); his grandchildren, Brandon DeSotell, Nicholas Johnson of Bellingham and Samantha Johnson of Hamburg, Germany; and his sisters, Sharron Bennett of Aurora and Jeune Dieterle (John) of San Antonio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
