She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Nicholson and Audrey Nicholson (Driver); and her sister Linda Nicholson Bray. She is survived by: her husband Gerald of Samish Island; her daughter Sally; her son-in-law Kurt Feldman of Bellevue; her son Geoff; her daughter-in-law Jill Christensen of Bow; her grandchildren, Drew Feldman of Seattle, Alec Feldman of Samish Island, Garner Christensen of Burlington and Jaylen Christensen of Bow; her brothers, Mike Nicholson of Spokane and Carl; her sister-in-law Jill Nicholson of Quincy; and her stepmother Annie McCoy of Spokane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Skagit Valley YMCA or the Skagit Regional Hospital Foundation.
