She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolph Bruland and Thelma Bruland; her brother Dave Bruland; her nephew Nicholas Bruland; and her nieces, Heidi Noble (Bruland) and Tracy Bruland.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Francis; her daughter Tricia Hovind (Matt); and her brothers, Dwayne (Deb Bruland), Willy (Debby Bruland), Richard (Loretta Bruland) and Tim Bruland of Lynden.
