He was predeceased by: his mother Caroline Schultz (Zick); his wife Joann Marie Schultz (Johnson); his siblings-in-law, Bonnie and Warren; his nephew Brady Schultz; his brother Lyle; Joann.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Patty) and Kim (Joe); his grandchildren, James Thomas, Jaimeson Elizabeth, David Andrew, Eric Lee and Garret Joseph; his sister-in-law Eileen; his brothers, Stan (Bev), Bob (Deb) and Dan; and his sister-in-law Suzon Ellenson (Roger). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations to a charity of your choice in Carlie's memory.
