He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" Mills; his brother Jimmy Mills; and his parents-in-law, Hank and Lucille Kalmin. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mills; his significant other Vicki; his friends, Mick Mackey, Randy McKinney, San Diego, Phoenix, Laughlin and Lake Osoyoos; his siblings, Mike Mills (Brenda) and Cathy Lake (Rod); his sister-in-law Carol Mills; his children, Kyle Mills (Amy) and Brean Garcia (Jorge); and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Brody, Parker and Kolby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Elks Lodge.
