She was predeceased by: her brother Tom Mitzel; and her pug Castle. She is survived by: her daughters, Chelsea Granstrand (Steven) and Alexandra Emmerson; her grandchildren, Matthew and Olive; and her siblings, Sharon Wilson (Robert) of Rocky Mount, NC, Mike Mitzel (Sherry), Dale Mitzel of Mesa, AZ, Mary Johnson (Jim) of Pendleton, OR, Robert (Tami) of Yakima, WA, Teresa Zamzow of San Diego, CA and Susan Wells of Hingham, MT. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
