He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Karlyn (Lucas Ansley), John (Michelle Ocheltree) and Kristen; his granddaughters, Phoebe and Scarlett Ansley; his brother Jeffrey Goetz; and his mother-in-law Rose Marie Silliman.
