He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Brian Fluaitt, Darlene Fluaitt and Bob Thomas; and his uncle Robert Thomas. He is survived by : his parents, Deborah Page (Ed Page) and Ron Thomas; his sisters, Stephanie Halcomb (Brian Halcomb), Rachel Johnson (Reed Johnson), Gabrielle Bryant (Kyle Hartzog), Dawnielle Asbury (Kurtis Asbury) and Savanna Thomas; and his aunts and uncles, Kelly Fluaitt, David Thomas, Tamera Fluaitt and Sandy Thomas. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
