He was predeceased by: his parent Eyvonne; his sister Cindy Hoisington (Randy); his brother-in-law John Boone; and his nephew Nathan Carstens. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Carstens (Bonnie) and Tina "Lynn" Carstens-Boone; and his siblings' children, Sean Hoisington (Karlina), Lisa Biss (Jack), Bambi Burke (Matt) and LeRoy Heaton (Cherie Perez).
