She was predeceased by : her parents, Darrell and Thelma Holmes; her sister Nina McGee; her husband David Sherman; and her daughter Janet O'Daniell.

She is survived by : her brother Darrell "Skip" Holmes (Michelle) of Phoenix; her son Rick Sherman (Teresa) of Spokane; her foster son Tim Michaels (Donna) of Whitefish, MT; her grandchildren, Kristen Horlacher (Sven) of Spokane, Rick Hughes (Marie) of Newport, Kyle Sherman of Spokane and Kendra Woodson (Josh) of Albany, OR; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Horlacher, Lilly Hughes and Berg Hughes. She is also survived by niece and several nephews.
